The complimentary buffet lunch is only for Las Vegas, the restaurant address is 4300 E. Sunset Rd., C-1, Henderson, NV 89014. Guests will need to pay $1.00 service fee to their server during lunch.
Guests who choose to join the tour at the Circus Circus Hotel will only receive one complimentary buffet lunch.
The complimentary buffet lunch is not applicable to guests who opt out of their tour to the Grand Canyon and stay in Las Vegas instead. Meanwhile, additional fees will be incurred for guests who change the Grand Canyon tour to Las Vegas free day.

To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busier season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under 21, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join.

Tours4Fun passengers on this tour will receive one complimentary buffet ($15 value). Guests who choose to join the tour at the Las Vegas Buffet can have one extra free buffet (12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.).

Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected in October, April, and May. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the professional tour guide for the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.

Amendment Policy:
If any amendments including date change or change of guests participating are made at least 17 days before the departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 amendment fee, otherwise we'll charge the penalty fee according to the below policy in addition to the $30 amendment fee:
- If an amendment is made within 5 days (business days) before the departure date, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- If an amendment is made 6-9 days before the departure date, 50% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- If an amendment is made 10-16 days before the departure date, 30% of the Reservation Cost will be charged.

Guests who need to change their pick-up location, must please let us know 5 days in advance, otherwise it shall not be changed.

Due to the popularity of these Yellowstone tours during the summer, we suggest you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.

During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/ pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
